We are looking for a person that is passionate about integrating and managing applications, that wants to work in an agile, self-organized environment where collaboration, trust, and innovation are paramount. Our agile and multicultural Application Management Team is positioned in SIX under "Cross Services" in the Post Trading area. The Team goal is to maintain financial applications of high quality in the areas of communication, messaging and security for our business units.

What You Will Do
- support, maintain and enhance Kafka streaming infrastructure on Openshift
- actively participate and support various projects, identify business needs, propose IT solution to evaluate a client’s existing components and ensure that final solution meets organizational needs
- manage different complex IT-Components such as Crime Compliance-,Security- and Routing- Components are on our portfolio that needs to be understood, managed and documented
- establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- installing testing and maintaining various applications mainly on Linux, Openshift and Microsoft environment
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or higher education degree in Information Technology
- minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in IT-Integration and Dev Ops Experience
- network experience TCP/IP; DNS as well as Linux/Scripting language know-how, IBM MQ Asynchronous communication, Database (Oracle) know-how
- application Server know-how i.e JBoss/Tomcat and first experience in Kafka Streaming Platform/technology
- interested in new and established technologies such as event-streaming, elastic-search, security topics or ansible
- fluent in German and English both oral and written
