Intern in M&A Post Merger Integration and Separation (100%)

The Post-Merger Integration and Separation team manages the SIX Group’s integration and separation portfolio, as well as wind-downs, liquidations, and restructurings.
We are offering a 6-month internship — with a possible extension — starting from September 2025.
In this exciting role, you will be part of the highly regarded Corporate Development team, working closely with colleagues from M&A, Strategy, Corporate Functions, and Business Units across the entire organization.
What You Will Do
- Support M&A integration, separation, and restructuring projects
- Prepare steering committee presentations
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Support target operating model design and coordinate the setup or wind-down of legal entities
- Assist with functional topics (Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Regulatory), depending on suitability and availability
What You Bring
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a specialization in business, finance, economics, or engineering
- Initial experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, or Business Management
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proven aptitude in conceptual thinking with the ability to quickly understand and synthesize new information
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); German and/or Spanish is an advantage
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must
