As a “Member Services Specialist (Onboarding)” you are responsible for the onboarding of new members to SDX covering both the CSD and the Exchange part. This includes due diligence activities, communication with the client and collaboration with internal teams which are necessary to onboard a new member. After onboarding, you will accompany and support the client for any matters regarding client lifecycle management. An individual career path and development opportunities are waiting for you. What You Will Do

  • coordination and communication with clients and gathering and maintaining of onboarding related client data

  • ensuring compliance of relevant data in collaboration with dedicated teams (e.g. KYC data)

  • contract management/ versioning incl. storing physical contracts

  • provide a decision dossier to SDX Board

  • close collaboration with technical onboarding lead and Sales team


What You Bring

  • commercial apprenticeship in a bank or equivalent education as well as 3 - 5 years of experience in client communication and coordination activities in the capital markets industry
  • practical work experience with member onboarding with an exchange and/or CSD is an advantage
  • strong team player with a hands-on mentality and efficient working methods with a strong quality awareness
  • fluent in German and in English, both verbal and in writing
