 Operations Analyst

SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), a company owned by the Swiss Stock exchange, is building the first market infrastructure in the world to offer a fully integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for digital assets.


You are responsible for supporting the business operations team on productive business activities and the delivery of business requirements that support the agile project teams in the solution implementation. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions. SIX offers the possibility of a hybrid working model (work from home & in our SIX office).



What You Will Do

  • support the development and optimization of processes, quality standards and KPIs
  • participate in enhancements initiatives for the operations team to enrich existing processes or define new ones
  • translate needs into requirements and conduct conceptual discussions with product owners, business architects, developers and other stakeholders
  • taking ownership of customer issues reported for production and tracking them through resolution
  • perform root cause analysis in a complex system environment and communicate defects following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • take responsibility in maintaining internal and client facing documentation

What You Bring

  • university degree or equivalent
  • proven experience in a business operations role in the financial industry and track record of requirements analysis
  • knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations particularly in the area of financial market infrastructure is a plus (FinFraG, Banking Act, Stock Exchange Act, FINMA Circular etc.)
  • independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, high self-initiative, practice-oriented and flexible
  • strong team player with a hands-on mentality and efficient working methods with a strong quality awareness
  • fluent in English and German (oral and written)
