We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Coach to join our product team and help us continue to adopt the appropriate agile and lean techniques within our organization. Additionally, the Coach will help people outside the Product Teams understand the benefits of our lean and agile way of working.



What You Will Do

  • Coach, mentor, support, teach and inspire the Product Team in discovery and delivery
  • Own, develop and drive a coaching backlog and the adoption of best discovery and delivery values, principles and practices
  • Working with the Commercial, Product and Engineering teams, further enhance the discovery to delivery process to support growth and scale whilst optimizing resources, decision making and communication
  • Design and facilitate discovery workshops for departments across the organization
  • Help debug and improve our flow across the organization, with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable pace
  • Bring energy and invention to team and organizational ceremonies

What You Bring

  • Coaching a variety of disciplines within the product space
  • Exploring agile and lean principles in new and engaging ways
  • Actively involved in the agile and/or product management community
  • Worked with Product and Engineering Teams > 50  
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiating and influencing skills, at the team level and with senior stakeholders
  • Track record in successfully leading the delivery of complex projects that span multiple teams. Understand how to utilize OKR’s in a way that supports agile and product management principles across a whole company
