Senior Asset Operations Manager (80-100%)

SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), a company owned by the Swiss Stock exchange, is building the first market infrastructure in the world to offer a fully integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for digital assets.
This role includes daily business operational activities, such as end-of-day duties, cash reconciliation as well as supporting business initiatives and projects. You will conduct Business Acceptance Tests for existing and new functionalities. Furthermore, you are responsible to oversee and maintain all business operations working instructions and processes incl. related risks and controls.
What You Will Do
- support Business Analysis, test existing and new functionalities for bi-weekly releases and/or bugfixes
- perform daily run operation tasks such as end-of-day activities, interest handling, billing, cash reconciliation incl. identification of discrepancies, root cause analysis, corrections and escalation
- create and update operational working instructions and processes incl. the related risks and controls
- 2nd Level support to external member banks (Expert to Expert) and/or Vendors
- support new product listings and related website publication
What You Bring
- you have extended prior work experience (3-5 years) in the financial industry, with focus on asset life cycle management and relevant experience in client communication
- knowledge in Reconciliation, Corporate Action and Settlement processes is required
- independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, high self-initiative, practice-oriented and flexible with a strong quality awareness
- very good communication skills in English (verbal & written), German is a plus
