You will join the Service Automation product team, which is responsible for collecting Service Automation demands within our area. This includes gathering automation use cases, developing shared building blocks, and creating a state-of-the-art abstraction/orchestration layer. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, keeping a great user experience for our internal customers in mind.
What You Will Do
- work with the team to develop an automation framework that will create an unified customer portal experience
- design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge automation systems while Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
- collaborate with cross-functional product teams to enhance the role and capabilities of automation, utilizing standardized techniques.
- assist and Consult internal customers with their automation need
What You Bring
- minimum 3 years’ of experience in an IT automation-focused role, working with continuous integration, delivery and deployment processes
- experience or first touchpoints in technologies such as OpenShift, ArgoCD, CI/CD tool chain products, Terraform, Ansible and REST API
- knowledge in software development, preferably in JAVA and Go technologies
- committed and able to work independently, communicative and positive-thinking team player coupled with eagerness to learn and share his/her knowledge
- a continuous learner, who is agile, adaptive and ready to take new challenges in changing environment
- fluent in English (verbal and writing), German is a plus
