Senior Enterprise Architect

Are you passionate about shaping the evolution of enterprise architecture in a complex and highly regulated environment?
Our Enterprise Architecture team defines and steers the architectural landscape across business and IT domains, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, regulatory expectations, and long-term value creation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and governance of end-to-end architectures across business, application, data, and technology domains. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business stakeholders, supporting decision-making, driving consistency, and strengthening the overall architecture discipline.
What You Will Do
- develop and evolve enterprise architecture across multiple domains (business, application, data, technology)
- support and challenge IT and business initiatives to ensure alignment with architectural principles and strategic objectives
- act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders, including IT leadership, product teams, and domain architects
- contribute to architecture governance, standards, and decision-making processes
- facilitate alignment between business capabilities, IT solutions, and regulatory requirements
- support the definition and communication of architectural roadmaps and target states
- drive transparency and consistency across architectural artefacts and practices
What You Bring
- solid experience in enterprise architecture or a comparable role with exposure to multiple architecture domains
- broad understanding of business processes, applications, data, and infrastructure landscapes (not limited to one specialization)
- ability to operate in a complex, regulated environment and balance governance with delivery needs
- strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels
- structured thinking with a pragmatic and outcome-oriented mindset
- experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus
- master’s degree in a scientific or technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
- fluent in English; German is an advantage
