Do you want to help to bridge the gap between agile methods and enterprise control? Then, our IT Governance and Lean Processes team wants to hear from you. We offer you the opportunity to shape collaborative principles of IT in SIX in the agile culture, working environment, and mindset of our company. 

 

What You Will Do 

  • drive the development of the lean IT Process Framework including control design and Risk-Coordination of SIX IT
  • support and consult the role carriers (mainly process managers/owners, application managers/ owners, …) in executing their role and deriving their defined processes and controls.
  • prepare and execute trainings and awareness campaigns
  • discuss, validate and approve IT Process exceptions together with all relevant stakeholders
  • monitor the IT Process deviations, analyse root causes and report to management
  • guide and coordinate the development of SIX IT process methods and repository (currently BOC Adonis)

 

What You Bring 

  • 10 years of experience in coordinating function in IT (domain or enterprise architect, project/program manager, IT risk manager, …)
  • extensive know how of process management methods and notations (e.g. BPMN, SIPOC)
  • some kind of IT software development background
  • good knowledge of process modelling methods (e.g. BPMN) and tooling
  • a bachelor or master degree in computer science or similar
  • knowledge about agile techniques and methodologies such as Scrum and SAFE
  • very good coaching, communication, moderation, and facilitation skills
  • very good verbal and written English and either German or Spanish language skills
