Senior Release Train Engineer

In our Ecosystem Debit & Mobile Services we operate in an agile framework and we are looking for an agilist that brings business and IT together. We offer you the opportunity to lead and coach our Agile Release Train (ART) to create and deliver improvements, products and in the end additional business value.
What You Will Do
- manage and optimize the flow of value through the agile release train using various tools, such as the program Kanban and other information means
- establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations Program Increments
- ensure useful overall view over business and IT topics to generate business value
- encourage collaboration between scrum teams and Architects/Engineering, SIX internal as well as with suppliers
What You Bring
- experience in similar role and good knowledge about agile techniques and methodologies such as SAFe, scrum of scrums, etc.
- very good coaching, communication, moderation and facilitation skills
- interest in and very good understanding of technologies and concepts
- knowledge and experience in cards industry is an advantage
- very good in German and English
