We are looking to extend our dynamic team who is responsible for the compensation process of our company. You will play a key role in running the global annual salary and bonus review process. You will also be providing hands-on rewards advisory and consulting services to support our growth strategy, and be involved in international projects. You can be based in Madrid or Zurich and will report to the Head of Rewards.



What You Will Do

  • lead project planning and coordination of the global compensation review process, including collaboration in communication, training, system preparation, data analysis and reporting

  • manage or collaborate in global projects related to compensation, grading, benefits, global mobility, mergers and acquisitions

  • advise HR colleagues and managers on rewards issues

  • support business decisions with compensation benchmarking

  • participate in salary survey inputs, ad hoc reporting requests and system updates


What You Bring 

  • a university degree, ideally in economics or business

  • at least 4 years of experience in a similar position with international scope as well as experience in project coordination 

  • proficient oral and written communication skills

  • joy to work with HR Systems

  • deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • very good verbal and written English and Spanish or German,  third language is a plus
