Senior Specialist Procurement (80 - 100%)

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for optimizing supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies? Do you thrive in an international environment, collaborating across teams to achieve the best purchasing outcomes? If so, this role is for you.
We are seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist with a focus on the IT hardware category to support our sourcing initiatives in Switzerland and lead global procurement projects. In this role, you will work closely with business/IT stakeholders to identify the right partners, negotiate optimal supplier terms, and ensure seamless contract execution in coordination with Legal and Compliance. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
What You Will Do

manage sourcing initiatives in Switzerland and lead international sourcing projects

collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supplier selection and negotiations

lead sourcing for (indirect) spend categories such as IT software/hardware, professional services, and other procurement categories, with particular focus on IT hardware.

drive cost reduction efforts and supplier performance management

develop processes, tools, and best practices for procurement efficiency
What You Bring

degree in IT or business administration, ideally with procurement certifications

at least 5 years of experience in procurement or consulting

strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset

fluency in English, German is a plus
