 Specialist Agile Portfolio Operations (50%, January - June)

Agile Portfolio Operations is responsible for the management of the requirements (primarily data changes such as strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, migration of exchanges platforms, etc.) prioritization process. By ensuring that the most important requirements are implemented first, the team helps to optimize the value we deliver to our clients. You will organize and lead prioritization meetings, maintain an overview of the requirements prioritization process and ensure that the right people are working on the right activities at the right time. Also you will support and promote agile collaboration methods (e.g. SAFe and Scrum).



What You Will Do

  • be the entry point for all requirements from various stakeholders
  • active control and monitoring of requirements in terms of deadlines and quality
  • development of guidelines for the requirements prioritization process to ensure the required quality and completeness of proposed changes
  • preparation and post-processing of the project management sync meeting in which the requirements are reviewed and prioritized
  • close cooperation and coordination across the organization with Business Owners, Business Change Management, Business Analysts, Product Management, Sales, Client Service and the IT teams across our  international locations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies towards a degree in business, IT or related fields
  • proactive team player, able to prioritize, solution oriented, self-motivated, analytical and conceptual skills
  • experience in Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) and agile methods/frameworks (SAFe and Scrum) is advantageous
  • interest in the financial industry; experience within the financial industry is most welcome
  • fluent English in spoken and written form is a must, German is a strong plus
