 Specialist HR Systems

Then join our Global HR Systems Team and help us grow a rapidly developing company with presence in over 20 countries.

In this role you coordinate our HR IT landscape, assist the HR team in system related requests. 

You ensure together with our internal IT a smooth operation of all running HR systems, manage organizational changes from a systems perspective and recognize optimization potentials to further develop and optimize existing solutions.

You design and introduce innovative approaches into the existing landscape and evaluate, integrate and implement new tool.  
 

 

 

What You Will Do 

  • together with your team colleagues, you are the contact person for all our HR systems (esp. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • you manage and collaborate in global projects to further optimize and develop SIX HR system landscape
  • you plan, coordinate and implement reorganizations within SIX and ensure high data quality in our systems
  • you support the application’s lifecycle (release upgrades, migrations)
  • you provide trainings to the HR team and key stakeholders and proactively update user manuals and process descriptions
 

What You Bring

  • at least 5 years of experience in a similar position as well as experience in project management
  • experience with SAP SuccessFactors (modules in use: Employee Central, VariablePay, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting), experience in other systems (SAP HCM, Aconso or others) is a plus
  • good Know-How of HR processes and regulations (GDPR, compliance, authorization framework)
  • fluent English and German language skills
  • pro-active mind set, multitasking and well-organized way of working as well as ability to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
