Strategy Manager
Zurich | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 8151
The Business Strategy team sits within Corporate Development in the CFO function and shapes the strategies of SIX's business units. It's a lean, high-trust team with a broad mandate: your work lands directly in front of senior management, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors. You'll gain direct exposure to SIX's leadership across all business units early, and contribute to the strategy of the Group as a whole.
What You Will Do
- Co-develop the strategies of SIX's business units – helping define how and where SIX competes and wins
- Turn open-ended questions into clear answers – structured analysis, a sharp point of view, and recommendations senior leaders can act on
- Build the material that drives decisions for senior management, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors.
- Run the research and analysis behind it – markets, competitive landscape, trends, and the numbers
- Work alongside deal teams on M&A and major strategic initiatives, from first idea to execution
- Partner across business and finance to pressure-test ideas and get them adopted
What You Bring
- Up to 2 years in management consulting and/or corporate finance / investment banking (or similar), where you learned to structure problems and deliver under pressure
- A bachelor's or master's in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and a structured way of working through complex challenges
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint – you can build the financial model and explain the story via PPT
- Real curiosity about strategy, innovation, and financial markets
- Fluent English is essential; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
