We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player and inspiring leader to join our HR department as Team Lead Recruiting (CH/Spain) to play a vital role in sourcing, identifying and recruiting the best talents for IT positions across business and corporate units and on various levels and lead the Social Recruiting team in Switzerland and Spain.
The role will be based out of our Zürich-West office and you will also be working closely with our internal and external partners.



What You Will Do

  • lead the recruitment team (6 people) in Switzerland and Spain and act as IT Recruiter in Switzerland
  • work closely with the Head Global Talent Acquisition to continuously improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
  • act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end-to-end including the annual recruiting budget, KPIs and management reporting 
  • manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other HR specialists  to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives and Employer Branding activities
  • develop employment strategies (including diversity initiatives) and recruitment materials 

What You Bring

  • relevant degree in HR or relevant/comparable work experience in recruiting, preferably with a background in IT Recruiting

  • 5-10 years of professional  in-house recruiting and sourcing experience from an international environment, agency experience is an advantage

  • people-oriented leadership qualities with a driving power to motivate the team

  • motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, quick comprehension and agility

  • initiative, goal-oriented and assertive personality

  • fluent in German and English, both written and oral, Spanish is an advantage
