This role leads a small team of experts and plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing people, key talent and leadership development, performance and talent management.

This role fosters leadership excellence, talent growth, and a culture of continuous learning.

The role also manages and implements initiatives and projects on its own.



What You Will Do

  • lead a small team of experts, managing performance, budget, providing guidance, support, and prioritization of activities. Prepare and or review top management presentations . Align with and drive synergies with other areas of culture and development

  • create, enhance and oversee learning and development initiatives (e.g. learning catalogue, policies, learning platforms, etc.)

  • supervise and support optimizing performance and development cycle and activities including designing and delivering training

  • oversee and contribute to key talent and leadership development programs including managing practical elements of Coaching, 360 Feedback, and Mentoring

  • manage and drive continues improvement to the career advancement (e.g. promotion) and career paths approach and initiatives end to end

What You Bring

  • substantial experience managing Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Talent Management / Succession Planning at global or regional level

  • strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and present complex ideas and data in a clear and compelling manner, including presenting and facilitating workshops. Influencing and stakeholder management

  • proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Strategic mindset and ability to prepare concepts to address challenges and opportunities in area of expertise

  • ability to drive change, set-up and manage projects directly or through a network. Provide guidance, manage performance, consult and coach project and team members including the ones who are participating in cultural activities on a volunteer basis

  • sensitivity and awareness of cultural differences and the ability to effectively operate with a global mindset and at global level. Languages: Proficiency level for English and German required, proficiency level for Spanish is a plus
