As a Working Student, you will gain valuable insights into the day-to-day work of Enterprise Architecture and IT Governance while supporting communication initiatives, coordination activities, documentation, and operational processes. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of topics at the intersection of business and IT. What You Will Do

  • Contribute to communication initiatives related to Enterprise Architecture and prepare materials such as presentations, stakeholder maps, and communication frameworks
  • Support operational processes in Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) including the maintenance and structure of data and documentation
  • Prepare presentations by structuring data and translating it into visualizations and management summaries
  • Organize internal events (e.g. Architecture Day and workshops)
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and participant alignment
 

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured way of working
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English and German; Spanish is an advantage
