Are you a dynamic student, full of energy and ready to dive into the exciting world of IT in the financial sector? Are you looking for a position that allows you to gain practical experience with the latest technology? If you are enthusiastic and eager to gain hands-on experience, we invite you to join our team.
As a working student, you will support the Windows 11 upgrade project by assisting with the rollout of new hardware. Your main responsibility will be the administrative coordination and planning of the rollout. This includes: Inventory Management, Device Issuance Coordination, Supporting the Staging Team and Planning Support.
Your role will evolve as you gain experience and take on more complex challenges.
This position is limited to six months.
What You Will Do
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of devices in stock and requesting new purchase orders if needed.
- Device Issuance Coordination: Coordinating the issuance of new devices to users.
- Supporting the Staging Team: Collaborating with the team that prepares the devices for users.
- Planning Support: Assisting the project manager with planning activities.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the IT support team as needed.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Analysis or a related field.
- Service- and solution-oriented mindset: Customer satisfaction is crucial!
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills and proactivity.
- Experience with project management methods.
- Excellent oral and written English skills; German skills are an advantage but not required.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and basic IT support tasks is a plus. Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
