Junior Procurement Operations Specialist

Would you like to be part of a motivated and international Procurement Operations Team? We are looking for an additional team member in Barcelona who is going to support our colleagues from
different SIX and BME locations around the world in all procurement operations related tasks. If you are interested in procurement matters, administrative work and customer contacts, then we would like to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- supporting the business in recruiting external employees through our eSourcing (eTender) platform
- entering data into SAP MM system based on purchase requisitions from organization, sending orders to suppliers and provide operational purchase support
- finalizing contracts related to purchase pequisitions and send them out to the suppliers for signatures
- investigating in case of differences between orders and invoices
- help desk, processing various internal and external requests, preparing reports and monitoring contracts
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience with procurement process and support function on eSourcing platform
- very good Microsoft skills, flair for tools and SAP MM would be an advantage
- customer orientation combined with assertiveness and self-motivation, reliability and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- attention to details and ability to take initiatives and prioritize from start to end
- fluent in English and Spanish (German would be a plus)
