Are you passionate about events and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Are you interested in the Financial Industry sector and looking for an interesting internship?
If your answer is yes, our team responsible for events and guided tours at the Palacio de la Bolsa, would like to meet you.
We are looking for a bright and dedicated person who enjoys working in a team and wants to do a afternoon internship at BME, here you will provide hands-on assistance in Events and Hospitality. The function will be based at the Palacio de la Bolsa de Madrid (Plaza de la Lealtad, 1).

What You Will Do
- Handling and managing incoming requests (mail/telephone)
- Managing incoming enquiries and preparing proposals
- Updating event details in our systems
- Supporting security-related processes such as Guest list coordination, Certificate requests, Setup coordination, documentation and monthly planning
- Supplier coordination
- Assisting with event setup activities (especially afternoon setups)
- Providing hands-on on-site support during events
- Provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work
What You Bring
- You are studying Events management, Marketing, Communication or specific training in Event Organization and you have availability for the afternoons (from 14 to 19h Monday to Friday)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and global environment with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and personal flexibility
- Willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills
- Very good level of spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum)
