 Business Management Specialist (Real Estate)

Then our Business Management Team wants to hear from you! We are an agile, driven, and solution‑oriented team responsible for steering and optimizing the core business processes within Real Estate Management (REM). 
Our goal is to ensure transparency, integrity, and efficiency across all procurement, financial, and documentation processes — while enabling REM to operate strategically, sustainably, and data‑driven. 
In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Business Management REM, cross‑functional REM teams, and key stakeholders across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the strategic steering and governance of REM’s end‑to‑end procurement, finance, and documentation processes
  • Provide management‑relevant analyses, reports, and KPIs to drive effective performance and cost management
  • Own and further develop the REM process architecture, ensuring harmonization, optimization, and automation of key business processes
  • Drive digitalization initiatives, strategic projects, and prepare high‑quality business cases and decision papers, while acting as the primary Business Management contact for REM in Spain and collaborating closely with teams in Switzerland and Spain
  • Act as a strategic partner and deputy to the Head of Business Management REM, ensuring robust invoicing, compliance, and audit‑proof documentation

What You Bring

  • A university of applied sciences degree (FH) or a bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong experience in business process management, ideally across procurement, finance and documentation workflows
  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful analyses, reports and KPIs for senior management
  • Proven track record in process optimization, digitalization initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment (incl. Switzerland and Spain)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluent English and Spanish; German will be an advantage
