Customer Onboarding & Platform Operations Specialist - Regtech

Do you like turning incidents, client pain and operational complexity into better products and stronger platforms? Join our RegTech team in a hybrid role between Product, Engineering, Operations, Support and Clients.
Our RegTech SaaS solutions support financial institutions with Transaction Cost Analysis, Best Execution and Trade Surveillance. As AI-augmented delivery increases change velocity, we need strong operational product ownership to ensure resilience, monitoring, security, onboarding efficiency and client delivery improve systematically - not ad hoc.
What You Will Do
• Own and prioritize the backlog for platform operations, monitoring, resilience, onboarding tooling and technical client delivery.
• Translate incidents, support cases, client requests and due-diligence questions into structural improvements.
• Work with Engineering and Platform teams to improve observability, maintainability, automation and operational robustness.
• Support RFPs, DORA/security questionnaires and technical discussions with clients.
• Define requirements for internal tools that reduce manual effort and key-person dependency.
• Bridge Product, Support, Engineering, Sales and Clients with clear priorities and practical execution.
• Level 2 support for complex technical issues and help translate recurring incidents, onboarding frictions and reliability concerns into better monitoring, testing, documentation and platform improvements.
What You Bring
• Strong technical reasoning across Linux, logs, SQL, APIs, data flows and production systems.
• Experience owning backlogs, writing clear requirements and prioritizing across competing needs.
• Client-facing credibility on technical, operational or regulatory topics.
• Ability to spot patterns in operational work and convert them into scalable solutions.
• Structured communication, pragmatic judgment and a bias for repeatability and simplification.
• Very good English; Spanish, German or French are an advantage.
