Do you want to help strengthen reliable, compliant, and well-governed IT services in a regulated financial market environment? We are looking for an IT Service, Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist to join our IT Management Team within Exchanges IT in Las Rozas, Madrid. In this role, you will support service management, Service Level Agreements (SLA) governance, IT controls, audit readiness, and risk management activities across relevant IT services. You will work closely with application owners, risk owners, and technical teams in a collaborative environment built on ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) performance across applications and IT services, prepare service reports, and support regular service reviews.
  • Coordinate IT control, audit, and compliance activities, including evidence collection, remediation tracking, and follow-up actions.
  • Work with risk owners and application owners to identify, assess, and document operational and technology risks.
  • Maintain governance documentation, service metrics, and management reporting to support transparent decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to improve operational resilience, control effectiveness, and service quality.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, IT audit, IT controls, or governance roles, ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) governance, service reporting, operational risk, and compliance processes.
  • Ability to coordinate evidence collection, follow-up actions, and remediation activities with different stakeholders.
  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish are required.
