As AI-assisted development increases delivery speed, quality engineering becomes more strategic than ever. This is not a manual testing role. It is a technical engineering role focused on automated verification, regression prevention, release confidence and system correctness in a complex, data-heavy platform.
What You Will Do
- Define and evolve the QA and verification strategy for our RegTech SaaS platforms.
- Build automated test suites, regression checks, CI quality gates and release validation processes.
- Design test scenarios for distributed, data-intensive systems, including edge cases and failure modes.
- Work with developers to improve testability, observability and confidence in AI-assisted code changes.
- Support performance, integration, data-quality and end-to-end validation across environments.
- Help create a culture where quality is owned by everyone, but supported by strong tooling and expert guidance.
What You Bring
- Strong technical background in software engineering, QA automation or reliability engineering.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and regression tooling.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity for complex system behavior.
- Ability to understand data flows, logs, APIs, databases and production-like environments.
- Confidence to challenge assumptions constructively and help teams make better release decisions.
