Senior Application DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an Application DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Team and support application development teams through automation, standardized CI/CD pipelines, and configuration of common operational platforms. You will focus on delivering scalable and reusable deployment patterns using tools such as GitLab, Ansible, and ArgoCD, while collaborating closely with developers to ensure operational quality and DevOps best practices across the application lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD, develop and manage reusable automation templates with Ansible
- Support development teams in integrating deployment pipelines and observability configurations and drive standardization, security, and scalability in build and deployment workflows
- Propose and implement improvements in monitoring, alerting, and release automation
- Act as an interface with the central infrastructure team for provisioning, upgrades, and platform services (e.g., Grafana, Vault, ELK)
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the DevOps ecosystem
- Stay current with DevOps tooling trends and promote best practices within the organization
What You Bring
- Strong DevOps mindset with experience across the software delivery lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, ArgoCD and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in production environments
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, ELK, Prometheus
- Proactive, communicative team player with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with ability to work in an international environment
