Senior Operational Resilience Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Operational Resilience Specialist. At this position, you will be given the opportunity to cooperate with various specialist departments on a cross-departmental basis. You will be part of a powerful and well-coordinated team working both in Spain and Zurich.

What You Will Do
- Define governance, roles & responsibilities within three lines of defense concept for a global Operational Resilience Framework of SIX along with regulatory requirements.
- Develop standards and control implementation for the End-to-End value chains of SIX Critical Functions.
- Ensure an optimal interplay of all already existing disciplines functions contributing to Operational Resilience (e.g., BCM, ITSCM, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Emergency & Crisis Management).
- Develop standards and control implementation for preparations to severe, but plausible scenarios, including scenario-based crisis response plans and exercises.
- Interact with key stakeholders across the business to explain and promote Operational Resilience.
What You Bring
- Generalist profile with strong experience in operational resilience and/or process/risk management, business continuity.
- Working experience in a regulated environment, preferably in financial or insurance industry will be highly valuable.
- Knowledge of key regulatory standards related to Operational Resilience.
- Enjoy working with people with a lot of individual creative freedom in a new field of action.
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders, including C-level, with very good written and oral English skills.
- Ability to illustrate and explain topics to a broader audience at all levels.
