SIX Securities Services is a world leader in specialized post-trade services for Swiss as well as international clients. These services cover the complete range of post-trade activities from real-time risk management through CCP clearing, real-time Settlement (domestic and cross-border), International Custody, Securities Finance, Global Fund Services and Share Registration services.
As part of the Business Support department of SIX Securities Services you as a Senior Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for managing projects by assuming various roles within the Change Delivery area, including Project Management, Business Analyst, and Functional/Senior Expert. This involves applying the SIX Securities Services methodology in close coordination with executives, senior users, and relevant internal and external stakeholders. A consulting role should be also performed based on deep subject matter expertise.

What You Will Do

  • Manage strategic and highly complex projects using SIX methodology, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the entire project lifecycle
  • Analyze initiatives, prepare value‑driven proposals, and present them in internal and external forums, representing the organization at national and international levels
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT to define requirements, align solutions, ensure functional quality, and lead testing and implementation activities
  • Produce and review key documentation (procedures, functional requirements, legal and technical materials), ensuring full compliance with SIX governance standards
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise as a functional reference, contributing to internal and external working groups and influencing product aspects such as pricing strategies and operating models
  • Drive organizational transformation toward agile and virtual operating models, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and consistency in the execution of complex projects

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Project management or Project portfolio area. Experience in financial markets, clearing or settlement area will be highly valuable
  • Proven leadership skills through leading project teams
  • Project management skills, agile methods (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe) and good general management knowledge
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Very good oral and written skills in English and Spanish
