Sales Manager

An opportunity has been created for a Sales Director to join our team in Singapore, working within SIX Financial Information. We are seeking a highly motivated sales person with strong client experience and a proven track record in data and product sales within the financial industry.
The role is based in Singapore and is focused on growing our revenue and sales opportunities with new and existing clients, within Singapore and the surrounding region, positioning the complete suite of SIX Financial Information products. You will be supported by a local pre / post sales team and will work with the local sales team, reporting directly to the Head of APAC Sales.
What You Will Do
- responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue across an existing client territory, by growing a strong client network and up-selling / cross-selling services
- identify new client prospects to onboard, growing your client portfolio in the APAC ex Japan market
- work with our local partners to identify opportunities that leverage SIX content. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations at client events
- support SIX market and brand events in Singapore, actively focused on growing our brand awareness
- work with product management teams to further define the product offering for the APAC market
What You Bring
- proven success in data sales across the financial sector, with a strong focus on asset management, wealth management, and private banking
- skilled in delivering senior-level presentations and leading strategic sales initiatives across all client operational tiers
- deep expertise in core financial data sets—corporate actions, reference data, and pricing—across all asset classes
- exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal); Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage
- demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments, meeting tight deadlines while collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders
