Step into the world of Global Risk, Regulatory & Rights Management at SIX and play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to support our account managers and customer support teams in building strong relationship with our business partners.
As a Customer Due Diligence Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of managing incoming Due-Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and coordinate subject matter expert’s responses. Leveraging our cutting-edge AI-powered knowledge database, you’ll deliver timely and accurate responses, ensuring our partners receive the information they need for effective risk assurance.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and under pressure, while collaborating with subject matter experts and maintaining up-to-date evidence for customer needs. Your expertise will also support account management teams in vendor risk assessment activities, and you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with business partner representatives on risk assessment topics.
What You Will Do
• You will administer the incoming Due-Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) or other forms of customer requests and ensure the timely and complete response.
• You will respond to customer DDQs using an AI-enhanced knowledge database and decide when to involve specialized subject matter experts.
• You will ensure that commonly requested evidences are up-to-date and available in a form that is useful and appropriate for customers.
• You will support account management teams in reviewing contractual agreements, supplier conduct statements, or similar, which deal with vendor risk assessment matters.
• You will act as a go-to person for both the customer-facing teams and the subject matter experts in the security, compliance, resilience, etc., areas.
What You Bring
• You have an interest in the fields of security, compliance, resilience, ethical conduct, and similar, in the financial industry so that you are at ease to engage with the respective subject matter experts and customers. Experience in the due diligence field is a plus.
• You are at ease in communicating with customer-facing teams on the DDQ matters. Occasional meetings with customers are something natural for you.
• You are at ease at reviewing and analyzing contractual documents, supplier conduct statements, or similar, that are produced by customers or by SIX. You are interested in improving and completing the documentation (evidences) in the DDQ field.
• You like to develop your own field of responsibility and are eager to drive things forward.
• You are fluent in English and German, written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
