Working as part of a small, experienced team based in Stockholm, you will monitor, collect, validate and maintain a wide range of reference, corporate action and market data that supports business-critical products and services used throughout the financial industry.
This is a varied and dynamic position that offers exposure to multiple Nordic exchanges, close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and the opportunity to further develop expertise in financial markets, market data and corporate actions within an international environment.
What You Will Do
• Monitor Nordic financial markets, company announcements and other information sources to identify and process corporate actions and market events within internal systems and databases.
• Handle and maintain a broad range of corporate action and market event data, including IPOs, rights issues, stock splits, redemptions, dividends, mergers and acquisitions, and other events affecting listed securities.
• Perform data quality controls, verification checks and discrepancy investigations to ensure information is accurate, complete, timely and reliable.
• Support customers and internal stakeholders with data-related queries, working closely with index teams, exchanges and international colleagues to resolve inquiries and support business activities.
• Maintain operational databases, logs, calendars and documentation, while contributing to process improvements, system enhancements and user acceptance testing of new database releases.
What You Will Bring
• A strong interest in financial markets, market data and corporate actions, with a willingness to learn, develop professionally and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a commitment to deliver accurate, high-quality data while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, colleagues and customers.
• Knowledge of the Nordic financial markets, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and relevant experience in Financial Data Operations, Market Data, Corporate Actions, Securities Administration, Back Office or a related field; and experience with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, are considered a plus.
