 (Junior) Corporate Actions Analyst

We are a highly collaborative and forward-thinking team responsible for the procurement, processing, standardization, and distribution of international financial information. Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and premium-quality Corporate Actions data that enables our clients to make informed decisions. 

 

As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our automated Corporate Actions processes. You will work closely with data analysts, automation specialists, and operational teams, contributing directly to SIX’s goal of providing a fast, reliable, and best-in-class Corporate Actions service. 

Currently, we are looking to hire 3 team members (2 Junior Analysts and 1 Mid-level Analyst) to build this team in Warsaw

 

 

What You Will Do 

  • monitor, maintain, and optimize automated Corporate Actions processes, initially for the UK market with expansion into global markets 

  • analyze and onboard new data sources into automation workflows 

  • manage incidents, quality checks, dashboards, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and timeliness 

  • handle selected complex Corporate Actions cases and support continuous service improvement initiatives 

  • provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to data quality and automation projects 

 

What You Bring  

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Actions with solid knowledge of financial market operations 

  • strong analytical mindset with a passion for automation, innovation, and AI-driven solutions (e.g., GPT, Copilot) 

  • excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills 

  • proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong ownership and accountability 

  • fluent in English (spoken and written) with clear and effective communication skills
