Would you like to dive into the fascinating world of equities, corporate action and structured products? As part of a team of specialists, you will analyze and specify requirements for content covering shares and warrants, and ensure accurate handling of corporate actions (e.g., dividends, rights issues) for French Products, Finalim and PGD. You’ll translate all changes sourced from VDF and main primary sources (e.g., Euronext, Euroclear) into clear, testable specifications that drive high quality data for our FR Products and clients.

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for equities and warrants, with a focus on specific workflows (VDF, Euronext, Euroclear) and stakeholder use cases.
  • Own data mapping, validation, and control frameworks for corporate actions and distributions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and tax rules.
  • Design and maintain reference linkages across issuers, index components, and economic sector classifications to support downstream analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering, QA, and operations; author user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases; support business/UAT and release readiness.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of equity markets, warrants/structured products, and corporate action lifecycles.
  • Understanding of taxation and regulations impacting FR products (PGD and Finalim) and clients.

  • Proficiency with SQL and Excel; ability to translate business needs into clear specifications for analysts, developers, and architects.
  • Exposure to agile practices (Jira, confluence), documentation and testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of GitLab is appreciated.
  • Fluent English (B2/C1) & French (B2) are mandatory. Comfortable communicating in a global, cross functional environment.
