Business Analyst

Are you passionate about market data compliance and eager to be part of the financial markets ecosystem? Do you excel in communication, influencing stakeholders, and driving meaningful change? We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our team at SIX Financial Information. In this role, you will help evolve our entitlement platforms by gathering and writing requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating across the organization to deliver impactful results.
You will work closely with our user groups, Customer Experience team, and you will benefit from partnering with Product Development, Compliance team, Customer Support/Operations, Project Management, Architecture and Sales/Sales Consultants.
You may also collaborate with external partners to integrate their solutions with our platforms.
This is a full-time position based in Warsaw, offering the opportunity for remote work 40% of the time as part of our hybrid working model.

What You Will Do
- Support requirement analysis, solution design, and feature preparation with the Product Owner and Agile team
- Assist the Agile team during implementation and testing
- Provide support to internal and external users on entitlement questions
- Maintain data lineage information used for authorization
- Support the improvement of cross-team processes related to our platforms and to customer onboarding, with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with senior specialists to create and run systematic consistency and quality checks on entitlement rules across multiple systems.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or higher education degree in Finance, Economics or Computer Science
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in financial services as business analyst on market data factory, preferably working on an entitlement system
- Good knowledge of financial market data, at least basic understanding of compliance requirements related to use of data
- Mastery of Excel. Ability to write VBA macros a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) – our work language. Strong presentation skills.
- Highly analytical, methodological, technical, problem-solving skills are a key strength
- Collaboration and coordination skills
- Experience with agile development projects, working in agile environment and applying lean methods
- A team player with a "can do” spirit, motivational, inquisitive and organized
