Are you passionate about working with Fund data and being involved in the financial markets? Do you possess strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to influence others and drive change? We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our team within SIX Financial Information to support and improve the processes for onboarding Fund Full Holdings data.

To help you achieve your goals, you will have the support of the product management team, and will benefit from partnering with product development, support/operations, project management, customer support as required. Additionally, you may be working with external partners on implementing and interconnecting data, solutions and analytical workflows.

This is a full-time position based in Warsaw, offering the opportunity for remote work 40% of the time as part of our hybrid working model.

What You Will Do

  • Support and coordinate the onboarding of fund data providers and services, including file analysis, configuration, testing, and production deployment.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining data quality and service performance across fund data products.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and onboarding requirements, while serving as the escalation point for complex operational issues.
  • Contribute to the development of new analytics, products, and data services to support business growth and innovation.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and derivatives, with a particular focus on funds.
  • Good understanding of fund portfolio holdings, fund data structures, and key fund analytics and indicators.
  • Experience in Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, or a middle-office environment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Customer-focused and collaborative team player who is motivated, organized, inquisitive, and demonstrates a proactive "can-do" attitude.
