Funds Data Editor with French

We are an agile and detail-oriented team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reference data across multiple systems. Our goal is to deliver reliable data solutions while supporting our clients and maintaining high quality standards. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, data specialists, and client-facing teams based in France, with a focus on funds reference data. We are currently looking for 2 Funds Data Editors to join our team in Warsaw.
What You Will Do
- enter and maintain funds reference data across six different databases
- ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing second-level quality checks
- investigate and resolve data discrepancies in line with internal standards
- provide functional support and assistance to clients
- contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes
What You Bring
- higher education in management, finance, or a related field; experience in the financial data industry is an advantage
- knowledge of French and European regulations related to funds, as well as understanding of market ecosystems (market players, data distribution systems, front/back office concepts)
- strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and team spirit
- proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
- fluent in English and French (both verbal and written)
