Product Owner

We’re looking for a Product Owner who can turn complex needs into simple, high impact solutions across our customer portal, self-service, and support platforms.
You’ll own the roadmap, drive delivery with a dedicated scrum team, and collaborate with experts across Customer Support, Data Operations, IT Engineering, and Architecture. Your work will directly influence how thousands of customers interact with our data, tools, and services.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for customer portals and support tools
- Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria that guide software development
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align priorities and deliver value
- Lead backlog refinement, planning inputs, and sprint preparation
- Ensure release readiness through testing reviews and cross team coordination
- Document features and release content for internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a Product Owner role for customer facing applications
- Strong understanding of customer workflows, customer support, and self-service platforms
- Experience working with agile delivery frameworks and managing product backlogs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity
