Will you take the seat at the center of Banking Services—connecting teams, sharpening priorities, and elevating execution?
As Head Business Management you take a central and visible role in the Business Unit Banking Services. You lead a multifunctional team across Zurich and Warsaw, and you gain broad exposure to how the business unit operates. You work close to senior leadership, understand how decisions are prepared and executed, and ensure that processes, governance and information flows run reliably.
This position is a great fit for someone who wants to grow and make a clear impact. You coordinate cross functional topics, prepare decision materials and bring structure to complex subjects. You connect teams, clarify priorities and contribute directly to the effectiveness of the business unit.
It is a hands-on leadership role with broad responsibilities and high visibility. You develop people, improve how the unit works day to day and build the foundation for future operational and organizational improvements.
What You Will Do
- lead and develop a multifunctional team across Zurich and Warsaw, fostering an engaged, high‑performance, collaborative culture with a strong delivery mindset
- drive cross‑functional planning and execution, turning complex topics into structured decision materials and clear priorities for C-level stakeholders
- strengthen operational excellence by optimizing processes, information flows, and day‑to‑day ways of working within the business unit
- shape and advance sales enablement by building a high‑performing Sales Support setup, steering key initiatives and further developing the SAP Sales Cloud
- strengthen culture, communication and alignment across the business unit - leading internal communications, key events and office operations, and representing the unit in AI and data governance bodies

- strong leadership skills with experience developing multifunctional teams across locations, driving clarity, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- proven ability to structure ambiguous topics, manage cross‑functional coordination, and prepare high‑quality decision material for senior executives
- a strategic and analytical mindset combined with hands‑on execution, operational focus, and a drive for continuous improvement
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in German and English, connecting teams and ensuring alignment across diverse functions and locations
