Are you excited about developing strategic client relationships and leading a high‑performing sales team? As Head of Client Development for Cards, ATM and TWINT, you will shape our long‑term growth by defining how we collaborate with our key clients and by building scalable structures that position us for the future. You combine strategic perspective with strong operational execution and create tangible value for our clients in every interaction.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead, develop and coach a team of Account Managers and build a clear, performance‑driven and transparent sales culture
  • Develop and execute a structured client‑development approach, including account planning, pipeline steering and reliable forecasting
  • Implement scalable sales processes, CRM standards and data‑driven methods to ensure consistent and efficient client management
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, Onboarding, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Data Analytics and the Sales Support team in Poland to ensure an integrated client experience
  • Manage strategic key accounts end‑to‑end – from opportunity development and stakeholder coordination to long‑term relationship management

What You Bring

  • Several years of leadership experience (5+ years) in developing and managing high‑performing B2B sales teams; experience working with near‑shore support teams is an advantage
  • Solid B2B sales experience in strategic market development; industry knowledge and an established network in the Swiss debit and credit cards market are a clear benefit
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and to build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset, excellent storytelling skills, high affinity for AI, and strong analytical and operational capabilities – with the ability to translate market insights into concrete actions and measurable results
  • Excellent German and English skills (understanding of Swiss German required); French is an advantage
