Are you passionate about market data compliance and being involved in the financial markets? Do you possess strong communication skills, and a desire to influence others and drive change? We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our team within SIX Financial Information to contribute evolving our entitlement platforms, to write corresponding requirements and to design solutions.
You will work in close collaboration with our users groups, with Customer Experience team, and will benefit from partnering with product development, compliance team, support/operations, project management, architects and sales or sales consultants as required. Additionally, you may be working with external partners on interconnecting our platforms with their solutions.

This is a full-time position based in Zürich, offering the opportunity for remote work 60% of the time as part of our hybrid working model.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner throughout the feature life cycle, from requirements gathering to business acceptance testing
  • Manage and maintain data content on platforms, including product configuration and data lineage for authorization processes
  • Perform systematic consistency and quality checks on entitlement rules across multiple platforms
  • Drive process improvements across teams, focusing on automation for customer onboarding and platform efficiency
  • Provide support to internal and external users on entitlement questions for various SIX products
     

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
  • Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills; German is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, working as a business or data analyst in a market data compliance team
  • In-depth understanding of compliance requirements related to financial market data, and advanced Excel skills (VBA knowledge a plus)
  • Proactive mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in agile environments is beneficial
  • A collaborative team player with excellent coordination skills and a "can-do" attitude.
