SIX International Graduate - Product Management

What You Will Do
- You spend your first placement in the Regulations product management team within the financial information business unit. Working in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment, you will support client-facing initiatives, manage features, and contribute to innovative RegTech and AI-driven solutions.
- In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full product management lifecycle—conducting market research, shaping product requirements, and collaborating closely with business analysts and product managers.
- You choose the remaining three rotations yourself: whether in the stock exchange, banking services, securities services, or financial information, as long as they are within the scope of your specialization.
- You will enhance your profile in product management at SIX through on- and off-the-job training.
- You will receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging their experience to support your learning and development.
What You Bring
- Completed or soon-to-be-completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (by summer), preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Economics & Law, or a related field, from a university or university of applied sciences.
- Initial relevant work experience, for example through internships or a working student position.
Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, with the ability to understand and resolve complex issues and the creativity to think of novel solutions. - A customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to support others and find solutions, combined with the motivation to continuously develop new skills and a positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
- Very good written and verbal English skills; additional languages like German are a strong asset.
