Senior Product Manager - Post-trading (80-100%)

What You Will Do
- challenge the post-trade product portfolio of SIX SIS to identify new business opportunities and optimization measures
- be responsible for the product life-cycle management and product strategy of “settlement services” as well as continuously align the product with client needs & regulatory requirements in order to define the product development road-map with concrete action measures
- initiate change requests & initiatives (incl. preparation and presentation of concepts/ decision basis to the top management) and ensure the successful implementation of projects as a product stream leader
- manage product financials incl. budgeting, forecasting and reporting - monitor & control the product revenues and costs as well as pricing structure
- support the relationship & sales management team with expert knowledge in client meetings and maintain the product documentation (e.g. client presentations, product fact sheets, service guides)
- conduct research and market analysis (industry trends, competitors, etc.)
What You Bring
- minimum 5 years of experience in a product management role with proven ability in managing product strategies, strategic initiatives and conceptual analysis. Consulting experience is an advantage
- knowledge of the Swiss financial industry with direct experience in post-trading/ securities services
- strong analytical/conceptual skills, structured and results-oriented mindset, as well as process thinking and affinity for IT/ new technologies
- talent to work with a wide range of stakeholders across a matrix organization (e.g. top management, sales & relationship mgmt., pricing specialist, operations, IT)
- experiences in representing a company in external committees/ bodies
- fluent command of written and spoken German and English (is mandatory), knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
