Job Introduction
Are you looking to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a Specialist Data Acquisition Operations to join our Global Data Acquisition Operations team in Zurich, responsible for analysing Data Supplier license agreements, ensuring operational compliance and quality assurance, and managing the impact of commercial changes on clients.
You will be able to work with minimum supervision and be capable of handling an exciting workload. You will be advising Customers, Sales and Customer Administration on Data Suppliers terms. Taking responsibility for managing and maintaining good supplier contact for operational issues and problem solving, you will gain practice in various areas including customer notification activities, Data Supplier reporting, process execution, and customer support. Accuracy and good eye for details are crucial for all tasks as customer information on data supplier rules, adjusting selling fees in the system and correct data entitlements are core to this role. What You Will Do
• Analyse Data Supplier license agreements and implement into SIX systems and applications
• Responsible for cross functional operational compliance and quality assurance
• Impact analysis and management of commercial changes on clients while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders for required entitlement and document adjustments
• Review and advise Sales and Customer Administration on Data Suppliers terms
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in operations
What You Bring
• Masters or bachelor’s degree with working knowledge of topics such as market data, reference data, data vendors, and information management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within financial services, ideally working in a market data team
• High commitment to qualitative, reliable, structured and independent working methods
• Demonstrate effective technical skills in order to bridge the business and technical requirements of role
• Customer focus and good communication skills with oral and written fluency in German and English
