Are you passionate about driving commercial success and empowering sales teams? The Commercial Performance Specialist plays a key role in executing strategic initiatives, product launches, and sales enablement. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, this role collaborates with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to deliver impactful campaigns and equip the salesforce with essential tools and training.

By aligning Commercial Strategy, Product, and Sales, the Specialist supports successful product rollouts, boosts sales performance, and provides tailored resources and insights to drive growth.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution – oversee planning, execution, and alignment of GTM campaigns for new products and initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – collaborate with Strategy and Policy teams on pricing, propositions, and product launches.
  • Training & Adoption – ensure adoption of sales enablement tools through training, follow-ups, and sales feedback to refine materials and GTM campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – monitor GTM effectiveness using KPIs, provide leadership insights, and partner with Product teams to optimize strategies.
  • Sales Enablement Leadership – work with Marketing and Product teams to develop sales materials and support sales teams with GTM guidance.

What You Bring

  • Project Management – strong organizational skills to manage multiple GTM initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – ability to work with Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Communication – clear verbal and written communication.
  • Data-Driven Mindset – ability to analyze KPIs; proficiency in Excel and Power BI required.
  • English Proficiency – required for working with an international team.
