As a Junior Cross Asset Services Product Manager you will have the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to design and improve services for our clients. The Products team is tasked with initiatives across asset classes. Evaluation requires structuring new business services, taking into account market structure practices, client needs, regulatory developments and financials. What You Will Do

  • provide research and market analysis to identify market trends for future initiatives and to monitor the lifecycle and direction in newly launched as well as existing services are developing across assets
  • act as a knowledge holder for existing and future trading services across asset classes
  • building business cases for new initiatives and products and actively contribute to projects ensuring that customer needs are represented and that business cases remain valid
  • taking ownership and driving initiatives from conception to completion, coordinate input from various stakeholders on behalf of the Products team
  • develop and maintain close relations with stakeholders mainly internally (Sales, Change Delivery, Operations, Business Development, and colleagues from other SIX areas and entities but also externally

What You Bring

  • bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a similar field. Finance Markets studies or Certifications are a plus
  • a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial sector and capital markets, i.e. in trading, product management or Business Analysis. A professional background in any of the traded asset classes (equities, funds, fixed income, derivatives) is a plus
  • open, innovative, self-motivated, pragmatic person who delivers high quality work consistently combined with a structured work style
  • analytics skills & experience in analytics tools such as Excel, Python, R or SQL would be a plus
  • advanced Spanish and English level, both verbal and writing. German would be a plus
