Are you enthusiastic about leading high-impact initiatives in the financial industry and do you have a strong track record doing so?

At BME, a SIX Group company, we are looking for a Project Manager who can drive strategically relevant projects, ensure reliable delivery across a diverse project portfolio, act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across business and technology and actively contribute to improving how projects are executed at scale.

 

What You Will Do

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring disciplined delivery within approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality throughout their life cycle in an agile environment
  • Lead projects across a mixed portfolio (strategic growth, maintenance, and automation initiatives), fostering collaboration across business units, IT teams, and external partners in an international setup
  • Drive project governance activities, proactive risk and dependency management, and transparent reporting
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, facilitating decision‑making, managing expectations, and addressing escalations effectively
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices, including simplification, standardisation, and the use of automation or AI‑supported approaches where applicable.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects, ideally in financial or data sectors.
  • Strong IT affinity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under high pressure.
  • Experience improving delivery efficiency (e.g., frameworks, tools, automation, best practices) and working with agile methods.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; able to collaborate internationally and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to interact with international colleagues.
