What you will do

  • Analyse business requirements - covering both functional and architectural aspects - in close collaboration with the team and wider department. Define and document end-to-end solutions, and present your analysis outcomes during the feature refinement sessions within the Release Train
  • Operate in an agile environment and work closely with key roles to deliver new functionalities, enhance the trading platform, and ensure high-quality documentation
  • Develop and maintain requirements and functional documentation, including specifications for machine-to-machine interfaces
  • Contribute to the design of new functionalities and support the definition and validation of acceptance criteria through hands-on testing

What you bring

  • At least 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, including a minimum of 4 years in the trading domain, complemented by broad exposure to trading‑related areas such as on‑book/off‑book trading, reference data, and regulatory topics (e.g., MiFID).
  • Strong command of UML; an IREB certification is an asset. Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with related certifications considered advantageous
  • Ability to produce clear, well-structured business and functional documentation, including interface specifications
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for proposed solutions. Demonstrated ownership, strong collaboration capabilities, and a positive, proactive approach.
  • Otstanding analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex business and data requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
  • Very good written and spoken Spanish and English; German is a plus
