Senior Business Analyst

What You Will Do
- Analysis of requirements, with focus both on functionalities and architecture, in close cooperation with the team and the department. Specify and document solutions from an E2E point of view; present the results of your analysis to the Release Train as part of a feature refinement meeting
- Work in an agile environment and collaborate with the relevant roles to deliver new functionalities, expand the trading platform and its documentation
- Develop and maintain requirements and functional documentation, including machine-to-machine interfaces specifications
- Participate in the conception of new functionalities and test the acceptance criteria
What You Bring
- At least 7 years of experience in requirements engineering, within exchange trading, market infrastructure, or broader financial services. Solid understanding of market infrastructure topics such as trading, market data, reference data, and relevant regulatory considerations
- Very good knowledge of UML. Proven experience analysing and specifying complex trading functionality, with the ability to assess business, operational, and technical impacts across multiple systems
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting feature refinement, implementation planning, and delivery activities, ideally within a SAFe framework
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex trading and instrument requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
- Strong ownership and collaboration skills, as well as a positive mindset
- Very good command of Spanish and English (written and spoken), German is a plus
