We seek a Senior Project Manager to join our SIX Exchanges Project Management Team in Madrid, España, responsible for managing complex and demanding projects with team members in various locations, supporting in harmonizing our trading venues with your project management skills, and acting as a bridge between business and IT. What You Will Do
- Manage complex and demanding projects across locations, ensuring clear coordination, structured plans and reliable delivery.
- Support trading‑venue harmonization by applying project‑management methods and maintaining alignment with stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT by translating requirements and ensuring effective collaboration during all phases.
- Drive planning and tracking activities consistently, identifying risks early and fostering transparent communication flows.
- Promote cross‑team cooperation by supporting shared goals, enabling open dialogue and coordinating tasks efficiently
What You Bring
- Experience leading complex projects with structured planning, clear communication and balanced stakeholder management.
- Ability to harmonize processes and systems, bringing clarity, structure and alignment to multi‑team activities and projects.
- Strong capability to connect business and IT needs, ensuring smooth translation of requirements into actionable steps.
- Background in regulated or financial‑market environments helpful to support exchange‑related initiatives effectively.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. German will be a plus to support collaboration with teams across various locations but not mandatory.
